ideal location and comfortable room
ideal location spacious suite comfortable bed
the hotel's location is ideal, right on the main square (you can't beat that). our room, a junior suite, felt spacious and very clean. the bed offered great comfort, and the shower in the bathroom was excellent.
the breakfast tea selection was limited, offering only fruit tea or earl grey. i suggest bringing your own tea bags if you prefer a proper cup of black tea.

breakfast was acceptable it offered sufficient variety.
the room lacked proper soundproofing i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms at night the bed was too soft i did not sleep well there was no ac and it was very hot.

This hotel's location IS fantastic, in the heart of the city near the main square. The room was quite spacious and well-kept. I found the breakfast to have a satisfying spread of options. Staff members were generally helpful and pleasant.
I noticed some noise from other guests in the hallway on one occasion. This did not greatly affect my sleep.

poor mattress expensive parking
i found a few things less than stellar the lack of air conditioning was a real bummer especially since it was warm i think they just had some kind of water cooler thing. the mattress felt way too soft and the pillows were rock hard so i didn't sleep all that well. also the parking situation was like a total rip-off since i ended up paying extra to park far away
